For this production line, it need 4 worker to operate, 1 for carrying aggregates(sand, Scree, etc) to batching plant with wheel loader; 1 for material batching, concrete mixing and block making, through operating the control box and cabinets; 1 for operating the central control cabinet, the cuber control cabinet and taking care of the control cabinet and pallet returning; 1 for managing the kiln cart control cabinet and take care of the curing room?1 for carrying the cubed blocks to block the storage area with forklifts
To set up a block plant with this production line, it needs about 5000 square meters of land space. With electrical control adopted, the whole production line can run smoothly and efficiently, thus guarantee the high productivity of the plant. At the same time, the production line adopts steam curing kiln, so, once being set up it can operate day after night, and conduct two-shift (16hours) production every working day without affection weather.
