6 workers to operate, 1 for wheel loader, carrying sand, scree to batching plant; 1 for material batching, concrete mixing and block making, through operating the control box and cabinets; 1 for forklift, moving stacked block & pallets to curing area; 2 for cubing cured blocks together on tray and collect pallets together; 1 for carry cubed blocks to block storage area with forklift, and move pallets to block making machine.
To set up a block plant with this production line, it needs about 6000 square meters of land space. With the batching plant adopted, accurately matched raw materials can be send to mixer, thus guarantee the sand, scree, cement ratio of concrete, to meet the requirement of the block, such as weight, intensity etc.
