Concrete block production line I
Production Line ?
For this production line, it needs about 8 workers to operate, 2 for aggregates batching and put aggregates into hoisting hopper of mixer; 1 for mixer, water adding in, concrete discharging; 1 for block making, operating the control cabinet; 1 for forklift, moving stacked block & pallets to curing area; 2 for cubing cured blocks together on tray and collect pallets together; 1 for carry cubed blocks to block storage area with forklift, and move pallets to block making machine.
And to set up a block plant with this production line, it needs about 5600 square meters of land space.
